Available qualities packed in glass bottle, model Dorica, of 750ml and 500ml:

Extra Virgin Olive Oil: This high quality oil is obtained directly from olives in good condition solely by mechanical, with impeccable taste and odor and free of defects, with and acidity never exceeding 0.8 °, expressed as a percentage of oleic acid. Within this extra virgin range, we package different grades of acidity 0.2°, 0.6° and 0.8°.

Virgin Olive Oil: Follow the same quality as the extra virgin olive oil, in terms of production method. The difference is that acidity is higher than 0.8° but cannot exceed 2°.

Olive Oil: Processed using other chemical methods or thermal cleaning of aromas, flavors and colors. The degree of acidity of the olive oil cannot exceed 1.5 °.
