AGED MANCHEGO CHEESE
It has a straw-yellow rind with consistency and firmness. The internal color is ivory white, eyeless, and acidified lactic smell. Regards to dry grass, roasted pistachios, hazelnuts and elasticity almost nonexistent mouth, buttery feel with a touch spicy and remember vetch flour toast.
Curing: More than 12 months.
Presentations: Unit (1kg, 2kg, 3kg), wedge ½ (500g) ¼ wedge (250g) and wedge ⅛ (125gr)
