After an independent vinification of the traditional varieties Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel-lo, a coupage is performed following the traditional method to elaborate this cava. The Xarel-lo and a minimum of 30 months aging characterize this cava with well integrated bubble, fresh and bright scents with notes of fennel, pear and pastries. The palate is fresh and very dry. Stylish and good looks.
