It is one of the noblest pieces of the Iberian pig. It is inserted manually in the gut, after only mixed with spices and natural ingredients (salt, red Spanish pepper and garlic). Besides the own characteristics of the Iberian loin - its juiciness and infiltrated veins - its elaboration offer all a range of different flavors, which does it a delicious artisan product.
