SEMICURED MANCHEGO CHEESE
It has a polished yellow rind with consistency and firmness. The internal color is ivory white with small eyes and smell lactic acidified. Regards to dry grass, roasted pistachios and almost nonexistent elasticity in mouth, feeling buttery cream and flour vetch.
Curing: More than 3 months.
Presentations: Unit (1kg, 2kg, 3kg), wedge ½ (500g) ¼ wedge (250g) and wedge ⅛ (125gr)
