This wine is an attractive and pure glossy deep garnet red, with brick-red tones on the rim. A complex and unmistakeable array of spicy aromas, from its time spent ageing in oak casks, which evoke toasted and balsamic reminders of cocoa, coffee, and liquorice.
Full flavoured and with excellent structure, this full bodied wine is full of character, and flows over the palate beautifully. This is a wine that has the potential to improve even further in the bottle for some years to come.
Alcoholic Fermentation: At controlled temperature up to 27ºC with daily manual stirring over of the must and a light maceration process respecting the characteristics of the Tempranillo grapes.
